After getting the policy started ran into problems with billing because of moving the bill date ahead two days and received a double bill after already paying for the first month. After the misunderstandings and unethical answers on billing issues, I am canceling the policy and going to another company. As a licensed insurance agent I have personally sold policies with many other companies over the years and have never encountered such a strict and ridiculous billing system with others. I would say to anyone looking for insurance with State Farm to make sure you understand what you sign and when you will be billed before starting a policy. There isn't any leeway here.
